With the development of e-commerce for many years,New retail model has been born combined online and offline with warehousing logistics.Contextualized,personalized and customized consumer demand begins to appear.E-commerce' commodity itself exists random and scattered characteristics.Therefore,the modern warehousing logistics urgently need a comprehensive,efficient and convenient platform with the integration of warehouse and secure information.In the aspect of the current e-commerce enterprise's logistics system in china,they still had problems: the irrational logistics,difficult warehousing turnover,high inventory,high costs,simplex services,poor quality of service and low network security.Therefore,this paper proposed the concept of cloud warehouse platform researched on the basis of existing cloud storage theory and the actual needs of Grace company to establish the cloud warehouse.The details are as follows:(1)this paper give the main features of cloud warehouse platform based on today's logistics management market and social environment.Based on the flow of goods,the paper discusses how to coordinate the work among the subsystems of the cloud warehouse platform.(2)this paper established the backbone network logistics model and inventory network model of cloud warehouse platform based on the research of concepts of the network model and methods of analysis.Based on the network control theory,The analysis to traffic procedures of warehouse storage can effectively reduce the inventory.(3)This paper analyzes the problems such as the unequal information and the non-sharing of the stock in the traditional inventory management,and puts forward the cooperative management mechanism.Inspired by the "speed regulation" principle in the managed network of water pump station,applying this principle to the inventory management can solve the best inventory.(4)The distribution model of cloud warehouse is established based on the minimum cost of logistics.Particle swarm optimization and hybrid genetic heuristic algorithm can be used to solve it.Finally,based on the research of model analysis and key technology,the network cloud warehouse platform is achieved,which mainly completes the design andimplementation of order management subsystem and warehouse management subsystem.Cloud warehouse platform architecture design can be referenced by warehousing logistics business.Cloud warehouse network model,distribution strategy research,inventory management research for the "zero inventory" vision provide some theoretical guidance.The design and implementation of the order management subsystem and the warehouse management subsystem have certain significance for its better and more long-term development.
