With the continuous development of market economy,enterprises continuously expand the scale of production and sales.Especially the rise of e-commerce in recent years,the cost of logistics management of e-commerce enterprises and large manufacturing enterprises increased significantly.As warehouse management is an important part of logistics management,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the research of intelligent warehouse management,try their best to reduce the labor cost and improve the efficiency of enterprise production,it has been becoming the current hotspot.The intelligent warehouse management system researched in this paper is based on the layered architecture of centralized and distributed coexistence.The upper centralized dispatching system consists of Web interface,background dispatching control center and database.Distributed dispatching can be implemented on the car’s onboard computer.The advantage of this architecture is that the system’s scheduling and management are more flexible.As first,starting from the actual situation of warehouse management,we model the stereoscopic warehouse and allocate resources rationally in the warehouse model by region division.It not only facilitates warehouse management but also ensures the stability of system more easily.After that,we analyze the business logic of warehouse management,then combining with demand,the system is modularized and divided into order management,vehicle management,user management,warehouse management and other major modules.Secondly,we deeply analyze the business process of each module and refine the main functions of each module,which lay a foundation for the overall design and development of the system.The system supports manual and automatic orders and other add mode,in accordance with business process,orders automatically divied into tasks to excute.In this way,it can ensure the flexibility and efficiency of order execution.What’s more,the system can realize the car charging independently and record the abnormal situation automatically.Cars can transport the goods across the floor through lift management.In addition,each user will be assigned a role permission to prevent the system from becoming confused and unstable when many people use it.Finally,as the three layers of software architecture model,we propose system software architecture,system functional architecture,and combine MySQL to design system database tables.Then,we use Bootstrap,SSM,JavaScript,JQuery and so on to complete the design and development of system application layer,business logic layer and data layer.As a result,the warehouse management,vehicle management,order management,user management and other major modules can be conducted online through system Web interface,which greatly improves the efficiency of warehouse management.
