Design And Implementation Of The Mobile Terminal SAP Warehouse Management System

At present,with the growing maturity of SAP products and its importance to the development of enterprises,more and more companies are choosing to use SAP instead of the original ERP products,SAP for enterprises to improve production efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of products has a significant role.Although SAP can carry out all aspects of the business process management and advanced management ideas,but its operation interface complexity and efficiency of data collection for business managers difficult to control.In order to reduce the SAP control and improve the efficiency of data acquisition,the existing data acquisition methods are analyzed,and the majority of enterprises choose to use two-dimensional bar code technology to improve the data collection efficiency of SAP system,it can effectively improve the overall application effect of SAP system.In order to design and implement the SAP warehouse management system based on mobile terminal,this paper is to design and implement the SAP warehouse management system,which can make the warehouse management into the work of the paperless data collection.Warehouse staff through the mobile terminal based SAP warehouse management system can quickly complete the bar code printing,information retrieval,cargo management,inventory management and other functions of the operation.In this paper,the SAP SAPConsole(Advanced)and ABAP(Business Application Programming)are used to design the system,which is based on the mobile terminal SAP warehouse management system.The main functions of the system include:two-dimensional bar code printing,inventory management,cargo management,user management,information retrieval.Among them,the two-dimensional bar code printing provides three different ways of working are procurement material code,material inventory barcode and transfer the material to bar code;inventory management mainly includes goods transfer,refunding function;including warehouse management of goods delivery,receipt and return function;information retrieval is divided into the types of queries,query shelves in two ways.SAP warehouse management system based on mobile terminal not only completed the warehouse management functions but also effectively solved the problem of the SAP system can not achieve the right segmentation and quick positioning of the material.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the function requirement of the system.According to the functional requirement analysis result,the system is designed and detailed.According to the system design,the system and the related modules are realized.Finally,the test of the system is described.
