| It is the solemn commitment of the Communist Party of China to the people to win the battle of poverty alleviation in 2020 and achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.In October 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly proposed the implementation of "poverty alleviation project".In November of the same year,the poverty alleviation work conference of the CPC Central Committee was held,and the poverty alleviation war officially started.Shaanxi Province is a traditional agricultural province,located in the northwest of China,with unbalanced economic development and high incidence of poverty.Shaanxi daily is not only the organ newspaper of Shaanxi provincial Party committee,but also the most influential party newspaper in Shaanxi Province.It has been playing a role in guiding public opinion and promoting key work since its inception,as well as in the implementation of poverty alleviation.Since the war of poverty alleviation was launched at the end of 2015,Shaanxi daily,in accordance with the 13th five year plan of Shaanxi Province and guided by the publicity of the basic strategy of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation,has explained the major decisions of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government on poverty alleviation,found and publicized good practices and new achievements of all departments,and helped shape the image of typical figures of poverty alleviation.Based on this background,this paper combs 1234 poverty alleviation reports of Shaanxi daily from the end of 2015 to September 2019,summarizes the number,year and month distribution,regional distribution and other information of the reports,classifies the contents of the reports against the work of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government,and has overall assurance on the poverty alleviation reports of Shaanxi daily.Based on the relevant principles of narratology,starting from the text content,the similarities and differences of the two columns in content,narrative voice,narrative language and other aspects are summarized,and the early and later reports on poverty alleviation in Shaanxi daily are summarized The narrative characteristics and improvement of the period.By studying its reporting methods and texts in the fight against poverty,this paper summarizes the outstanding points in the reporting of Shaanxi daily at this stage,such as comprehensive and targeted content,multi-level narrative voice,complete and prominent narrative structure,etc In other long-term major theme reports,we can learn from the experience of this report,and improve on this basis. |
