Narratology-based Study Of The Poverty Alleviation Reports Of Dazhong Daily(2012-2019)

In recent years,the term "poverty alleviation" has been emphasized in various working conferences,and the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" has been put forward,which points out a new direction for poverty alleviation.As the public opinion guidance of targeted poverty alleviation,newspapers at all levels have joined in the work of poverty alleviation reports,aiming at the realization of poverty eradication in 2020.Among these newspapers,Dazhong daily stands out with its narrative writing skills.Taking the poverty alleviation report of Dazhong daily(January 1,2012 to December 31,2019)as the research object,this paper makes an investigation from the perspectives of Journalism and narratology,and comprehensively analyzes the unique features of poverty alleviation report in narrative time,narrative situation and narrative voice.On this basis,it is of theoretical and practical significance to reflect on the lack of narrative in poverty alleviation reports.First of all,it analyzes the narrative time of the poverty alleviation report of Dazhong daily from three aspects of time sequence,time interval and narrative frequency;secondly,it analyzes the narrative situation from three elements of narrator,narrative focus and narrative mode;thirdly,it analyzes from two aspects of narrator and narrative voice,pointing out who is the news narrator and who is the public voice of poverty alleviation And clarify the function of the narrator.Finally,the paper points out the existing problems in the poverty alleviation report of Dazhong daily,and gives the corresponding optimization strategies.In terms of research methods,this paper uses four research methods:literature research,text analysis,content analysis and sampling survey to interpret the poverty alleviation report of Dazhong daily.The thesis adopts the method of divided sampling.From January 1,2012 to December 30,2019,401 samples were taken.The sample is then read in depth,and the total number of samples is determined to be 251.In this thesis,adopting the theory of narratology to study the poverty alleviation report of Dazhong daily can not only be meaningful for Dazhong daily,but also provide new perspectives and methods for the same type of newspapers in other provinces and cities,to further promote the innovation and development of China's news work.
