A Narrative Study Of CCTV Poverty Alleviation Program "Never Leave Behind"

Since the "precision poverty alleviation" policy was introduced in 2013,it has received the attention of many people in the society.Poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation have become hot topics in recent years,and they have also received more and more media attention."Never Fall Behind" is a large-scale TV program for poverty alleviation produced by the Central Radio and Television General Office of the United Nations Poverty Alleviation Office.It uses footage to record the poverty reduction footprints,uses words to tell the story of poverty alleviation,builds a multi-source platform,and assumes media responsibility.This article takes the 38 poverty alleviation stories in the three seasons of "Never Left Behind" as research objects.Based on Genette's narrative discourse theory and news narrative theory,this article uses the literature method,case analysis method,and text analysis method to discuss poverty alleviation The application and development of news in the field of TV programs aims to provide a feasible reference for TV poverty alleviation programs and enrich the theoretical results in this field.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter clarifies the research purpose and significance of the topic selected in this article,analyzes the current research status of related research at home and abroad,finds the research gaps,and establishes a "story" narrative.The value in the study of "Not behind".According to the theory of narratology,this research is mainly carried out from two aspects of narrative content and narrative discourse,and forms the framework of the dissertation;the second chapter explains the birth,development and content presentation of the program "Never Fall Behind";The third and fourth chapters are the key content of this article,and the in-depth analysis of this program is made from the narrative content and narrative discourse.According to the case characteristics of the program,research the content level from the three aspects of the narrative theme,narrative object and narrative function,analyze the relevant elements and connotations in the narrative process of the poverty alleviation story,and on this basis,analyze how the program constructs the narrative content.How to tell the story of poverty alleviation is carried out fromfour aspects: narrative perspective,narrative symbol,narrative form and platform presentation.Finally,through the analysis of the two major aspects of narrative content and discourse,it is concluded that "Never Leave Behind" has implications for poverty alleviation programs,mainly from the balance of storyliness and authenticity,ensuring the follow-up of poverty alleviation,and enhancing the narrative of poverty alleviation stories.Ability and strengthening the value under story-based narratives lead these four perspectives to optimize the narrative ability of poverty alleviation programs,make media participation in poverty alleviation more communicative,and tell China's "precision" for the emerging traditional TV media in the new media era.The "Poverty Alleviation" story provides reasonable strategies and directions.
