In this thesis,mobile phone new product introduction project of company A took as the research object.After in-depth understanding of the new product introduction process and operation mechanism,combined with the transformation and integration of knowledge and spiral rise theory,knowledge management activities of the company in the actual operation studied.And through the method of survey and interview,the delineation as well as improvement strategies were made for Company A in the main problems of mobile phone new product knowledge management.Then Microsoft SharePoint tools used with suitable design,and some useful function samples implemented,which provided company A strong guidance scheme in the future of knowledge management platform implementation,and it's also the first attempt for company A in the field of knowledge management.New product introduction process of company A is first analyzed in the thesis,its characteristics are deemed to be problematic delivery,lots of changes and problems.And the knowledge transferring tools is the mail system,meetings and personal communication,which result in the emergence of information communication error,low transmission efficiency,repetitive work and other issues.Combined with the survey of 55 employees in the company,main problems and causes of knowledge management confirmed in company A,and further clarified the most urgent thing now is to do the overall design of knowledge management,building knowledge management system for new product stage,based on the knowledge management system further building knowledge management talent pool and knowledge management culture,so as to realize the knowledge management strategy of the company.Subsequently,knowledge sources,categories,forms of new mobile phone product of company A were sorted and analyzed,combined with the whole process of new product introduction,screening out the lack of systematic knowledge management in domain knowledge and special knowledge transformation process as well as sharing process of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,this is a direct result of the occurrence of the problem.Then built on the company's organizational structure in-depth analyzed of the members of the organization,cooperation and the allocation of responsibilities,according to use case analysis to understand the Stakeholder demand for a knowledge management system.And overall framework for A's new product introduction process of the knowledge management system was proposed based on this,then the design of knowledge map,knowledge database,system permissions,system platform completed,and deployment suggestions given to the knowledge management server for different levels,finally using SharePoint tools for the realization of the function of knowledge management system.
