Research On Digitalization And Risk Management Of New Product Introduction In Electronics Manufacturing

The New Product Introduction(NPI)in electronic manufacturing industry is a traditional process that a product from design phase to production phase.The current Project Risk Management mode always result in risk planning measures are unsatisfactory.This article takes the S project in F factory of C company as an example to explain how to digitize the relevant business processes of the company and analyze the improvement of risk management of NPI project after digitalization.First,the risks of S project are identified by using a variety of risk identification methods,then the Risk Priority Numbers are calculated by using FMEA method.Based on the calculated RPN,the factors with low risk level are ignored,so to get the risks of S project which needs to be focused on.Next,the Human Reliability Analysis is applied to S project risk list,this article uses CREAM method to conduct root cause tracing and quantitative risk analysis,calculates the evaluation value of PSF corresponding to various risk factors.Then,the relevant business process digitization scheme and examples are designed by using the emerging technologies such as Industrial Internet,Big Data,Intelligent Manufacturing and so on.Finally,re-evaluate the change of PSF value after business process digitalization,to demonstrate the improvement of risk management brought by business process digitalization to NPI projects of electronic manufacturing industry.
