Design And Implementation Of Company Project Management System Based On The SharePoint Method

In today's society,demand for project is growing rapidly.For a company to improve production efficiency and production quality,it is very important to take appropriate management.This paper designs and realizes the enterprise project management system based on SharePoint,which can effectively control the project cost,including the management of personnel,materials,work tasks and progress,and help the managers to grasp the project situation,guide the project members to complete the task,assist the project members to exchange opinion.The enterprise project management system designed in this paper adopts the SharePoint platform architecture and the hierarchical and modular design,which improve the flexibility and expansibility of the system.Through the analysis of user characteristics and product features,the system needs were analyzed.The main modules of the system include project portal,project path and the main process management,project schedule management,project organization and human resource management,project document management,project coordination and report management,project monitoring and analysis,project budget and cost control management,project contract management,post-project evaluation management,project early warning management and system management,and so on.Among them,the author got involved in the design and implementation of four modules,including the project portal,project gate and the main process management,project document management and project coordination and report management,(1)Project portal:including the user's login,registration,a display of the progress of the national project and the project center.(2)Project gate and the main process management:manage the project application,audit,construction and other processes;different roles in the project process have different permissions;focus on the implementation of the application-audit workflow.(3)Project document management:provide users with the project document management function,so according to the authority,they can upload,download,view,and delete the project documents;they can have a multi-dimensional query about project document data;they can manage the authority of documents.(4)Project coordination and report management:provide users with the project problem management function.According to the authority,they can view,edit,export the project;they can have a multi-dimensional query about project problems;before investment,notification can be automatically made to the corresponding departments and personnel in the various stages of the project progress.The system test results show that the enterprise project management system based on SharePoint can meet the requirement of functions;establish a centralized integrated project management information application system,with the whole life cycle management as the main line,the project management business information and other business management information highly integrated,and real-time sharing of information within the system;and meet the company's business needs,with a certain degree of advancement and practice,enhancing the company's work efficiency and the ability to manage the project.
