With the emergence of the Industrial Internet represented by the United States and the concept of Industry 4.0 represented by Germany,a new round of global industrial revolution began.The traditional mode of manufacturing is experiencing a huge impact,and intelligent manufacturing will be the main theme of the production mode transformation.In response to the changes in the global manufacturing landscape,the Chinese government has proposed the "Made in China 2025" power strategy,and ultimately achieve the goal of manufacturing power.Under the current background of rapid economic development,competition in domestic and foreign manufacturing industries has become increasingly fierce.Domestic manufacturing companies are also facing huge challenges such as the deterioration of the economic environment,rising labor costs,and rising material costs.Various manufacturing companies began to think about optimizing management models to increase productivity and reduce costs to enhance their market competitiveness.For all OEM manufacturing companies,who can win more orders and who can reduce costs in the manufacturing process can make themselves more competitive.Therefore,the development and introduction of new products become more and more important in the operation of various enterprises.More and more OEM manufacturing companies try to optimize new product introduction management projects through professional project management methods.Regarding the research of project management,there have been certain research results in the construction,real estate,software development and other industries,but there is relatively little research on large-scale electronic manufacturing enterprises.Among them,the introduction of new products management for electronic manufacturing contract manufacturing enterprises Research is even scarcer.This article uses the literature research method,investigation method and case analysis method,based on the research results of previous scholars,combined with the author 's 6 years of work experience,to introduce the new products of the F company Zhengzhou factory into the project management model as the research object.Project management professional theory and related tools have carried out detailed analysis and research on the process of introducing new products.This article has conducted exploratory research from the introduction of new products such as time management,communication management,and cost management.The main contents are: 1)Based on the original organizational structure of F company,the organizational structure of the new product introduction team is re-optimized;2)According to the current management level of F company project team management personnel,a targeted talent training plan is proposed;3)Research The impact of the time management of the new product import process on the success of the entire new product project import,detailed analysis of the existing problems,and optimization of project time management through the establishment of task priority,the use of key chain technology and WBS;4)through the management of communication Analysis of the existing problems,put forward the optimization plan for the introduction and communication management of the new products of Company F;5)studied the importance of cost control,analyzed the causes of cost management omissions,and optimized cost management by establishing cost estimation and cost control supervision mechanisms.It is hoped that this article will have a certain practical guiding significance for the introduction of new products from other large electronic manufacturing companies.
