Design And Implementation Of Telemetry Data Transmission System Based On Radio Frequency And Ethernet

In this paper,with the radio frequency and Ethernet transmission technology,I designed a civil aircraft test telemetry data transmission system.This system can receive local signal and outland signal,and transmit the processed data to the base of the flight test.Not only the engineers can local monitor,but also they can remote monitor.This system is divided into two parts.The first part is the Telemetry transmission system.The second part is the ground Ethernet transmission system.The Telemetry transmission system is used to receive the telemetry radio frequency signal which is sent by the aircraft,then convert the radio frequency signal to the baseband data.According to the actual situation of civil aircraft flight,I made the technical specification.The receiving system is divided into seven subsystems: the service subsystem,the receiving and demodulating subsystem,the video subsystem,the self-test subsystem,the GPS subsystem,the monitoring subsystem and the instrumentation system.At the same time,I planed the operational principle and work flow of the system.I calculation the main index and equipment’s index.The ground Ethernet transmission system is used to convert the baseband data to Ethernet data,and transmit the data back to the base of the flight test.According to the requires of civil aircraft flight,I planed the system topology and the equipment components.And Imade the technical specification.After the completion of the system,I tested the system.The results show that the system can meet the design index.And we can use it successfully.The system can monitor multiple aircraft.In the actual flight test,the system can greatly improve the test efficiency,and it can shorten the test cycle.
