Temperature is a very important parameter of monitoring systems,and it is one of sevenbasic physical quantity. It is very significant to test temperature in the part of production、national defense、scientific research、medical attendance and so on. So it is necessary andsignificant to research multi-channel flight temperature test system.In the paper, we develop a multi-channel flight temperature test system. In the study ofthe system, we measure and recorde the temperature of each test point of the flight body realtime, when the flight is flying. The multi-channel flight temperature test system is miniative、high-capacity、nonvolatile and low power consumed.In this paper we firstly discuss the integral design scheme of temperature test system,and the hardware and software system design is discussed too. Then the thermocouplecalibration method is discussed, and the system testing process is introduced too. In the end,according to the research of the programme, we generalize the system and point out the pointsto be improved. The key technologies discussed in the paper including: encoding data toensure the reliability of the data; using time-sharing transmission to ensure the accuracy ofdata transmission; using two FLASH to store data alternately in order to ensure thecontinuous data storage; implementing the data decoding and error data detection; making useof USB interface to achieve the real-time data transmission and read back the data oftemperature testing system.
