With the rapid development of aerospace technology and the growinginternationalization of General Aviation activities, a large number of data need to betransferred in the ATN/IPS network; since the ATN/IPS network communication delayhas been larger and network topology changes frequently, the transmission of flightdata is in low performance in the ATN/IPS network. For solving this problem, thisthesis studies the flight data real-time transport technology, for adapting to thenetwork topology frequent changes and air-ground link delay jitters, and satisfy to thedifferent requirements of communication tasks, to guarantee the reliability andreal-time communication.Firstly, with the gradually increasing amount of data in aeronauticaltelecommunications network, this thesis improved the message scheduling algorithm,in which the transmission of message have different levels of priority to transmission,to improve the situation that the important information wait too long because of poorlink state.Secondly, the ATN/IPS network environment are more simple than deep space,but its network topology changes more frequently; as to this, the thesis proposesAFDP based on CFDP, which take the message joint transmission mechanism, andimprove the timer of CFDP to reduce the round-trip delay.Thirdly, for the characteristics of environment network topology changingfrequently and large delay in ATN/IPS, the thesis proposes IPv6handoff schemebased on the location information, adding aircraft location information to the IPv6address. The ground base station can get the aircraft location information by parsingIPv6address of the data packet received, predict the flight path and set the switchinginteraction information in advance, to reduce the handoff delay.Finally, this thesis builds the ATN/IPS network experimental platform, to achievethe aforementioned improvement schemes, to simulate the ATN/IPS network datatransmission by setting parameters, and to achieve the performance validation of the proposed protocol. Simulation results show that the improved scheme has a positiveeffect.
