The Countermeasures For Software Talent Education Development Of Dalian

Software talent is the main value creator and the driver for the software industry.Dalian city, as National Software Industry Internationalization Demonstration City with a rapid software industry development, has made a great challenge and choice against the software talent education. Although there is plenty of software educational resource in Dalian, it is not enough for the development of the software industry. In order to achieve the two goals, prevail software export base and the software talent education base, Dalian city must change its educational model and set up its proper, suitable software educational system that can produce high equality and seasonal structure software talent.This paper describes actuality of Dalian software industry and software talent education, and takes the management method SWOT to analyze the opportunity and threat, strength and weak in Dalian.
