The Schedule Management And Team Building Of Provincial-Level Switch-Network Management Project

Any specific project ensure the realization of a certain aim, all need a systematic application of planning, organizing, leading and controlling in the whole process of management to effectively implement. While in order to complete the task of construction project in time, the management of the project schedule is much more important. A complete construction project management should both include schedule and control. The former is the basis of the latter, and the latter is the security of the former. The integrity of both reasonably can ensure a project is accomplished on schedule.A project will be successful not only because of the of a person's efforts of project manager, but also the project team's collective wisdom and strength. So It is very important to a project that how to build a successful team and how to play the overall strength of the project team to ensure the progress of the project. That is the key reason of a successful project. This paper uses project management-related knowledge, taking the provincial-level switch-network management project as an example, to set forth theory of project management, in conjunction with the project in my practical experience, select the progress of management, team-building point of view of the two studies. Through a combination of theoretical and practical research, the project management will be optimized with a view to achieve progress in advancing the project.
