Study On Methods And Application Of Software Development Project Management In The STQ Company

Recently,Chinese telecom industry is developing fast.With the deep regeneration and more and more competition bewteen Chinese telecom corporation,the profit of telecom operator is decreasing.At next competition,more new technology is applying in our life,to increase telecom operator's gerentocratic level and operate capability are crucial factor.To some extent,the winner of telecom operator is no longer decided by telecom resource,but the gerentocratic capability of IT support all these reasons require telecom business operate support system's software providers have higher software project management ability.Firstly,project and software project management are studied in this paper, the concept and characteristic are analyzed.Then,the software project management process is analyed to find out the problem,such as:the team management construction;requirement management is not ruled,project time schedule is not under control;the quality management of project process is not assured.At the end,the analyed result and theory of software project management are made use of,some suggestions are put forward and are used into real work process. the aim and responsibility of team are assured, positive measure to encourage team member are adopted;the list of project time schedule is made,the project plan are carried out,the effective communicate method is erected;the total project process quality control is control,all the result of all project process is audited,the quality standard is made.by these way,the software quality is increased.
