Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has praised labor spirit several times,attached great importance to labor education,and made important speeches on many occasions.Labor education,as one of the educational contents of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,profoundly influences the labor spirit of the socialist builders and successors,and promotes the all-round development of students together with moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education.In order to make the labor education carried out in the teaching process has the focus and direction,the central committee of the communist party of China,issued by the State Council in March 2020,the new era "about strengthening the opinions of the big labor education of primary and secondary schools",make overall plan to labor education,including the specific requirements for high school education of labor,let high school students to participate in service and productive labor is given priority to,Can have the labor enthusiasm and initiative,learn to serve others and the society,for the future to better prepare for the society.Because the high school ideological and political lesson is the main front to play the role of labor education,so to carry on labor education to the high school students,must pass the high school ideological and political lesson this teaching carrier.This paper first briefly introduces the research situation of labor education in high school ideological and political class,and has an accurate grasp of its related concepts,theoretical basis,practical significance and so on.At the same time,the paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of labor education in high school ideological and political lessons,in order to have a clear understanding of the current situation of labor education,on this basis,to better play the value of labor education,promote the implementation of the subject core quality of high school ideological and political lessons.According to the investigation of the current situation of labor education in high school ideological and political class,it is found that the current labor education in high school ideological and political class has achieved certain results,but at the same time,there are many problems such as single labor education teaching method and lack of effective evaluation of labor education.These problems are mainly caused by the marginalization of labor education under the background of examination-oriented education,the lack of professional accomplishment of labor education of ideological and political teachers,and the influence of multicultural cognition of labor education of students.Based on the above research and analysis,aiming at the problems and causes of labor education in high school ideological and political class,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: First,strengthen the importance of labor education in high school ideological and political class;Secondly,to improve the high school ideological and political teachers of labor education quality;Third,innovating the teaching method of labor education in high school ideological and political lessons;Finally,establish a scientific and effective labor education evaluation system. |
