Vigorously promoting labor education in the new era is an important measure to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on education and comprehensively implement the Party's educational policy.As a key course to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,senior high school ideological and political courses should consciously assume the important responsibility of labor education.This paper studies the combination of ideological and political courses and labor education in the new era,aiming at improving the effect of labor education,cultivating students' core qualities of ideological and political courses and promoting students' all-round development.The main content of this paper consists of three parts.The first part mainly summarizes the basic problems of labor education in ideological and political courses in senior high schools.It has a profound theoretical foundation and important practical significance to carry out labor education in ideological and political courses in senior high schools.Besides paying attention to the general goal of labor education,we should also pay attention to the characteristics of senior high school students' sections and disciplines.The second part mainly analyzes the present situation of labor education in ideological and political courses in senior high schools.Based on the experience of educational practice and investigation,the author finds that the labor education in ideological and political courses has made some achievements in teachers' labor education awareness,students' labor awareness,diversity of educational methods,etc.,but there are some deficiencies in the formulation of teaching objectives,the development and utilization of teaching materials and resources,the flexibility of teaching methods,and the effectiveness of teaching evaluation,which are caused by teachers,schools,families,society and other aspects.The third part mainly discusses the strategy of strengthening labor education in senior high school ideological and political courses.The key to running ideological and political courses well lies in teachers.This part focuses on the micro-level of labor education and mainly puts forward five strategies from the perspective of teachers: First,attach importance to the development of labor education in ideological and political courses in terms of concepts and behaviors;The second is to clarify the goal of labor education based on the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines;The third is to excavate the content of labor education in teaching materials and the resources of labor education inside and outside the school;Fourth,according to the curriculum standards and the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Universities and Primary Schools in the New Era",improve the implementation methods from two aspects:classroom teaching and extracurricular practice;Fifth,effectively implement the evaluation of labor education that points to the core literacy of students.The author combines a large number of teaching cases to improve the feasibility of strategies and methods.
