Labor education is an important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Its function and implementation quality directly affect and even determine the overall labor quality and spiritual outlook of the builders and successors of the socialist cause.For a long time,China has attached great importance to labor education in schools,the General Secretary has also repeatedly expounded the spirit of labor education on numerous important occasions,and in this new situation,the Central Committee of the party has new instructions and Requirements for labor education in universities,middle schools and primary schools,labor education is becoming more and more important in the national education policy in the new era.In July 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the guiding outline for labor education in schools and colleges(for trial implementation),the instruction that the integration of labor education should be infiltrated into all subjects and majors is put forward emphatically,in the general high school,especially in the ideological and political subjects,ideological and political teachers are required to do a good job from the relevant teaching content of teaching design or activity design,so that students can not only learn the Marxist concept of labor in class,in extra-curricular can also strengthen labor exercise.Based on this,this article takes“The study of labor education in the ideological and political course of senior high school” as the theme,literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews and case analysis as the main research methods to explore.The text is divided into four parts,The first part is“The high school thought politics lesson labor education related outline”,mainly through literature research on the related concepts,the theoretical basis of labor education and high school ideological and political education,the necessity and feasibility of labor education in-depth theoretical analysis.The second part is“The analysis of the current situation of labor education in the ideological and political course of senior high school”,is also the main part of the paper,through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method respectively from high school students and teachers to understand the status quo.The investigation found that,at present,the labor education of the ideological and political course in senior high school has made certain achievements,such as Schools to promote the implementation of high school ideological and political class labor education,high school ideological and political class teachers have a certain awareness of labor education,high school students have a certain degree of labor awareness and skills.But at the same time,there are still some problems,which are mainly manifested in four aspects: vague objectives,narrow content,monotonous form and abstract evaluation.The author insists on the combination of theory and practice,and analyzes the causes of the problems,including the traditional knowledge-based education thought is deeprooted,the school,the family,the society lacks the labor education resultant force,the ideological and political teacher labor education special training is insufficient,and the high school ideological and political lesson labor education evaluation mechanism is backward.The third part is“The high school thought politics lesson labor education improvement strategy”,aims at the question which analyzes and its reason,the author proposed the corresponding improvement strategy for the high school thought politics lesson labor education better implementation.For example: strengthen training,accelerate the promotion of teachers anchor target positioning,based on teaching materials,deeply excavate the teaching content of labor education,change the concept,innovative design of labor education curriculum form and evaluation orientation,and improve the labor education evaluation system.Finally,in the form of an appendix,we present the "high school ideological and political course labor education case",taking the creation and realization of value as an example,the teaching design and reflection of labor education are carried out,through the case presentation,for high school ideological and political teachers to provide some reference. |
