To make labor education increasingly prominent in its important role,this article conducts research on the implementation of labor education in high school ideological and political course teaching.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.Guided by the spirit of the speech at the National Education Conference,the country has successively introduced policies to strongly support the development of labor education,making labor education increasingly valued.This article provides a theoretical basis for implementing labor education in high school ideological and political education by reviewing the research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on labor education.The second part is a theoretical analysis of implementing labor education in high school ideological and political education teaching.Sort out relevant literature to interpret the concept of labor education,analyze the characteristics of labor education,the goals of implementing labor education,and sort out the knowledge about labor education in textbooks.The third part analyzes the problems and reasons of implementing labor education in high school ideological and political education teaching.After data analysis through a questionnaire survey,it was found that implementing labor education in teaching has problems such as unclear teaching objectives,inflexible teaching methods,scattered teaching resources,and a lack of a comprehensive labor evaluation mechanism.Through further analysis of the problems,it was found that the reasons for these problems are insufficient labor education abilities of teachers,insufficient investment in school labor education,and a lack of correct understanding of labor education among students themselves.The fourth part proposes effective strategies for implementing labor education in high school ideological and political education from four aspects: goal construction,teaching content,practical approaches,and multiple evaluations,in response to the reasons for the problem. |
