As an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,labor education,together with moral education,intellectual education,physical education,and aesthetic education,serves the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people".Under the guidance of national policies,schools of all levels and types have strengthened the teaching and practice of labor education.The training of labor literacy is an important part of the educational training goals of schools at all levels,and it is also an organic content of the students' development goals.High school ideological and political courses involve the relevant content of labor education and play an important role in leading the cultivation of labor literacy.It is of great theoretical significance and practice to realize the integration of labor literacy education and high school ideological and political teaching at the cross-disciplinary level.significance.How to implement high school labor class teaching and improve the effectiveness of cultivating students' labor literacy is the main problem discussed in this paper.The first part of this paper discusses the relevant theories of labor literacy by combining the guiding documents of labor education in the new era and the stipulations of labor education in the ideological and political curriculum standards of senior high schools.The second part uses the methods of student questionnaires,teacher interviews and case analysis to investigate and analyze the current situation of cultivating labor literacy in ideological and political teaching in senior high schools.Attribution analysis was carried out from the aspects of social and cultural influence,lack of interdisciplinary teaching experience,and insufficient development of labor and education resources.In the third part,aiming at the shortcomings of the cultivation of labor literacy in high school ideological and political courses,based on specific teaching cases,it puts forward specific strategies for the cultivation of labor literacy in high school ideological and political courses.It is expected that this study will provide reference value and significance for future related research and practical applications,and promote the effective implementation of labor education in the education system in the new era.
