| "Resettlement community" is not a new term, but as my country’s urbanization speeds up,a large number of resettlement communities have emerged, and their construction and development have gradually become a hot issue. On the surface, the resettlement community is a change in people’s living space and way of living, but in essence it reconstructs people’s identity, network of relationships, and life behavior patterns, which has a huge impact on the original relatively stable values, customs, customs, and spatial memory. In the resettlement communities of townships, the residents change from "farmers" to "community people".This gradual process is accompanied by the dissolution of the original village collective identity and the formation of new community identity,as well as new problems and new conflicts after resettlement. It is the phenomenon of the construction of community identity.Community identity is already the difficulty of community governance at present, and the construction of community identity after spatial reorganization is obviously more difficult. As an important role of community governance, how to give full play to the professional advantages of social work and intervene in the settlement of villages and towns to cultivate residents’ community identity has become the focus of this article. This study selects the township resettlement community—C community as the intervention point.Guided by the theory of social identity, firstly, through field investigation, description and analysis of community identity of residents in Community C,it was found that there were problems such as the destruction of community facilities by residents, the tendency to alienate neighbor interactions, and the low degree of community participation. At the same time,it is evaluated that the community has relatively complete infrastructure, relatively high homogeneity of residents, relatively sufficient policy support and other advantageous resources. On this basis, the social work practice of cultivating residents’ community identity is carried out in five aspects: intervention in the construction of community conventions, assistance in building community service platforms, promotion of interaction between residents and communities, exploration of community care networks, and participation in community cultural construction. Then,in the form of questionnaires and interviews, starting from the two dimensions of behavioral identification and emotional identification,a pre-test and post-test comparison of residents’ community identity,as well as a comparison with similar D communities over the same period, are formed. The conclusion is that the intervention of social work has a certain effect, the residents’ recognition of the community is higher than that of the previous period and similar communities in the same period, and the community has a positive evaluation of social work. From this analysis, the practical experience of social work includes: responding to the needs of residents in a targeted manner;fully tapping and integrating community resources;giving play to the role of social work "media";gathering the centripetal force of the community with characteristic culture.Reflections on the insufficiency of social work practice include: the problem of adapting to the community of residents has not been resolved;the self-organization of the cultivated community has not yet taken shape;social workers lack professional skills;and the publicity of social work has been neglected. Finally, from the perspective of social work, four strategies are put forward to further optimize the community identity cultivation of residents in the settlement community of social work involved in township resettlement: First, the community consolidates the support of service talents, optimizes the talent environment, and "introduces" and "educates" the development including social work.Community talent team.Second,to effectively respond to the problem of community adaptation of residents, social work helps communities "good governance" while "enhancing" residents’ psychological level. The third is to promote the development of community self-organization in collaboration, and to provide full support and guidance to community self-organization in collaboration with the community.Fourth, normalize social work intervention, introduce social work organizations, and promote the effectiveness of social work.At the same time, social workers improve their professional capabilities, expand their "communications circle",and achieve mutual assistance and mutual learning. |
