In the process of urbanization development,the Party and the government attach great importance to grassroots community governance,and community identity is the basis of realizing the new pattern of grassroots governance,which is co-construction,co-governance and sharing.With the process of economic development,urbanization and urban development planning,a large number of resettlement communities have appeared.The change of the identity of the residents in the resettlement community has brought the change of production and life style,but many of the original villagers are difficult to adapt to this change.Meanwhile,due to the influence of collective memory,traditional culture,village sentiment and behavioural habits,the unfamiliar environment,neighbours and changed lifestyles make it easy for residents of demolition and resettlement communities to reject the community in the process of adapting to the new community,making it difficult to form a strong community identity,to the extent that residents lack a sense of community and are not conducive to adapting to the new community and developing a sense of belonging to the existing living environment This has given rise to a series of community governance problems.Social work has obvious professional advantages to enhance the community identity of the residents in the resettlement community.In view of the problems of blurred community cognition,apathetic neighborhood relationship and insufficient community participation of residents in resettlement communities,the regional development model is adopted to provide services through integrating community resources,carrying out community education,mining community backbone and expanding community participation,so as to help residents understand the community,enhance community awareness and promote communication among residents.To meet the needs of residents and effectively improve the community identity of resettlement communities.Taking the community of Tib as the sample community,questionnaire survey and interview method are used to investigate and analyze the status of community identity of residents.Based on the characteristics of Tib community as a typical resettlement community and community problems,the community identity is divided into four dimensions: identity,emotional identity,cultural identity and behavioral identity.Based on the regional development model,the community problems and residents’ needs are determined,community resources are mobilized,external forces are integrated,community activities and group activities are carried out,and community residents’ sense of ownership is cultivated.Explore the backbone of community residents and enhance community cohesion,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the community identity of Tib residents.
