| Since the reform of the army,the state has made arrangements for strengthening and improving the military service system and conscription management for many times,pointing out that the current recruitment goal of our military soldiers should be extended to college students and graduates in colleges and universities.therefore,colleges and universities have become an important base to provide high-quality and high-skilled talents to the army,and the number of college students joining the army has repeatedly reached record highs in recent years.Among them,a group of college students who have not yet obtained a college diploma or who want to further upgrade their academic qualifications will choose to retire from active service and return to campus for further study after two years of service.As the country pays more attention to ex-servicemen,more and more attention has been paid to retired college students.In the face of the huge differences between military camp and campus life,some retired college students are difficult to adapt to campus life quickly after returning to school,especially in the aspects of study and interpersonal relations.to a certain extent,it affects the adaptation status of retired college students after returning to school.This study takes the retired college students of X University as the sample,based on the advantage perspective theory and social learning theory,and adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview analysis and so on.Analyze and sort out the current adaptive dilemma of retired college students and the influencing factors leading to the problem of inadaptation.Through on-the-spot investigation,it is found that some retired college students have some adaptability problems,such as weak learning skills,weakening interest in learning,tense daily relationship between classmates and so on.In this paper,the method of group work has been used to intervene the retired college students who have adapted to the predicament and achieved certain results and effects.The effect of professional learning is mainly reflected in the improvement of consciousness,the positive attitude,the increase of interest and self-confidence.In interpersonal communication,group members use learning communication skills to get along well with their classmates.in addition,peer relationships are established because group members help each other in group activities.Through the development of the practical process,it is found that the growth group work can promote the cohesion among retired college students,enhance their learning initiative consciousness and improve their interpersonal communication ability.There are also some shortcomings worthy of reflection in this study: the content setting of group activities is not flexible enough;the professional level of social workers needs to be continuously improved;social workers should learn to think for others and pay attention to the continuity of service effect. |
