Strengthen the country first and strengthen the army.In recent years,students from domestic colleges and universities have joined the army one after another.The number of college students enrolled in the army has increased year by year.Excellent students from all over the world are full of enthusiasm and actively participate in the national defense of the motherland.The number of college students enlisting in the army has increased year by year,so the number of discharged college students has also increased.Most college students and soldiers choose to return to colleges and universities to continue their studies after being discharged.After the group returned to school,there were some problems in learning adaptation.The reasons for this problem were analyzed in depth.First,due to the difference in the management mode between the military and local colleges and universities,it was difficult for many retired college students to adapt to campus life after returning to school.In addition,due to the failure to master scientific and effective learning methods,the problems are aggravated,and they are faced with greater psychological pressure and maladaptation.Based on the above situation,we need to introduce the concepts and methods of social work to provide a new and effective method for improving the learning adaptability of discharged college students,so as to make up for the insufficiency of traditional intervention methods and make them a more effective method for this group.A more long-term and effective treatment method that is more acceptable to them.This paper selects 6 discharged college students from N school as service objects to carry out experimental research.The design of the group activity plan is based on the characteristics of the role of college students who have returned from the military,and is based on cognitive behavioral theory.Through group activities,it is expected to improve the learning adaptability of college students who have returned from the military.First of all,the article designs a total of 7 group activity plans based on the role characteristics of discharged college students,based on social role theory and cognitive behavior theory,and combined with the actual needs of discharged college students;second,in strict accordance with the previously designed group work plan Carry out specific group activities,and comprehensively carry out group work from multiple topics such as mutual familiarity,reason exploration,idea revision,cognitive reshaping,plan formulation,experience summarization,and achievement consolidation;The results of group work are evaluated in three aspects: effect evaluation and group activity satisfaction survey.Through the analysis of the survey data and the behavioral changes of the research subjects before and after group work,the author makes the following conclusions: Growth groups guided by cognitive behavioral theory can effectively improve the learning adaptability of college students who have returned to school.Social activities and other aspects have been significantly improved,and it has a positive effect on improving the emotions and cognition of college students who have returned from military service;the development of growth groups can effectively improve the learning motivation of team members,enhance their learning ability,and enhance communication among team members.Imitation,enhance their social skills,and help them better adapt to the study after returning to school.
