| As a new and special research object in the field of higher education,it is of both academic and practical significance to take care of the campus adaptability of retired college students.Taking T University as a case,this study looks into the performance of college students adaptability on campus,excavates the causes of adaptability problems,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory,this study divides the adaptability of retired and re-enrolled college students into five dimensions,namely,academic adaptability,interpersonal adaptability,psychological adaptability,campus life adaptability and career development adaptability.The research finds that,represented by University T,the adaptability of retired and re-enrolled college students has the following advantages: academic performance is characterized by clear academic positioning,strong academic execution,and high learning concentration;In interpersonal communication,it shows the advantages of respecting teachers and teachers and respecting rules and being ready to help others.In terms of psychology,they have the advantages of strong inner independence,high self-expectation and strong inner endurance.In terms of campus life,it has the advantages of strong practical ability and strong sense of abiding by rules and rules.In the aspect of career development,it has the advantages of clear employment positioning,clear career interest,perfect employment ability and abundant external support.Similarly,the adaptability of retired and re-enrolled college students represented by University T also has the following five problems: incorrect learning attitude,difficult learning content,unclear learning goals,and inappropriate learning atmosphere;In the aspect of interpersonal communication,there exists the problem that the relationship between teachers and students does not adapt to the relationship between students and students.In psychological aspect,there are problems of loneliness,fall and anxiety.In terms of campus life,there are some differences between campus life and students around.The problem of having too much to resist;In the aspect of career development,there are some problems,such as solidified concept of employment and lack of core competitiveness.Clear problem in order to explore the reasons,when refining reasons,to avoid the cause analysis of broad and stretched.This research follows the ecological system integration theory has three reasons,and then found ten kinds of causes of retired resumption discomfort problems college students schooling,respectively is: the role of the micro system level fuzzy,lack of psychological preparation,cognitive regulation ability lack,career planning is weak.The understanding and implementation of policies at the intermediate system level vary from person to person,and communication is absent;The aging of care for the lack of motivation;Deviation and absence of "baton" effect,lack of work details.Weak school care at the outer system level hindered the circulation of the policy ecosystem and inadequate awareness of employers.Jade can be attacked by stones from other mountains.The analysis of the measures taken by the United States to improve the adaptability of the retired students can provide reference for the improvement of the adaptability of the retired college students in China.According to the classification of hierarchy theory,the relevant measures in the United States can spontaneously set up associations and organizations in its micro system to give play to the advantage of peer education.The teaching teachers in the middle system and the administrative teachers work together;The outer system brings together the various forces of government agencies,social organizations and academia.To solve the problem of college students adaptability on campus,we should not only learn from the good measures of foreign countries,but also take appropriate measures according to the actual situation.From the perspective of micro system,retired college students should strengthen their career development planning,such as academic career planning and employment career planning.It is necessary to continuously improve the ability of self-regulation including mental adaptability and problem-solving ability.From the point of view of the intermediate system,on the one hand,the main body should build up the ideological consensus and enhance the sustainable thinking of work;On the other hand,work should be carried out in combination with the characteristics of the position,with the purpose of enhancing the awareness of participation and strengthening interaction;From the perspective of the outer system,it is necessary to build a community of common destiny to improve the adaptability of college students returning from retirement,with the focus on promoting the standardization of policies and systems as well as the improvement of organizations and institutions. |
