At present,performance appraisal is playing an increasingly important role in enterprise management.A set of objective and complete performance appraisal system can not only accurately measure the performance and results of employees,but also motivate employees to work hard and promote their self-development.Taking the performance appraisal system of teachers who give the lecture in J education and training institution as the research object,this paper studied the performance appraisal of teachers who give the lecture in J education and training Institution by combing domestic and foreign research on performance appraisal and combining relevant theories and methods of modern enterprise performance appraisalThrough in-depth investigation,combined with questionnaire survey and depth interview,find there are some problems in the performance appraisal system of teachers who give the lecture in J education and training institutions,including the simplification of the understanding and implementation process of the appraisal,the incomprehensibility of the assessment indicators,the weak constraint of the appraisal process,the lack of objectivity and scientificity,the poor feedback of the appraisal results,and the "lag" of the appraisal system design..Then,in view of the above problems,based on the balanced scorecard,target management,key performance indicators of three performance appraisal methods and performance appraisal related theories,this paper puts forward the optimization design ideas and schemes of J education and training institutions performance appraisal system.To be specific,firstly,the assessment system indicators were redesigned,that is,13 comprehensive indicators matching the development goals of the training institutions were re-set.Second,the original performance appraisal system was optimized by giving different weights to all indicators based on the collective discussion results of industry experts.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the industry and training institutions,the specific implementation process is put forward.Finally,it puts forward the relevant safeguard measures to ensure the smooth operation of the performance appraisal system.The research of this paper is conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of J education and training institution,and can also provide reference and inspiration for the optimization of performance management system of relevant education and training institutions in the industry.
