In modern enterprises,performance appraisal is an indispensable means of human resource management,and it is necessary to establish a performance system suitable for employees’future development.The optimization of performance appraisal system is conducive to the realization of the whole strategic goal of the enterprise,and also plays a positive role in the progress and improvement of employees.The overall assessment of performance is the systematic control of workflow and work links in the whole management process,which not only has certain result orientation.In the process of overall performance appraisal,we can’t simply carry out overall appraisal,but more divide the time dimension,namely,the long-term division of the year,the mid-term division of the quarter and the short-term division of the month.In the process of overall implementation,the incentive realization of short-term goals is input,and then the completion of long-term goals is realized.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of employees in W education and training institutions as the topic,taking an employee’s performance appraisal as an example,analyzes whether the performance appraisal indicators are scientific,and further optimizes the performance appraisal system of W institutions according to the scientific performance appraisal indicators and the existing problems of W institutions.In order to study the viewpoints put forward in this paper more appropriately and better,this paper focuses on the analysis and research on the actual work completion of employees in W education and training institutions,improves the performance system in line with development in combination with the current performance appraisal system of institutions,and perfects the research ideas of this paper according to the needs,making the research results more complete.Based on the data analysis and investigation of the current situation of W educational institutions,this paper finds the shortcomings of the performance appraisal system.In view of the regular assessment and phased outline of the employees in the whole training process,the demand for employees in the next stage is evaluated and reasonable performance targets are matched,which plays an overall quality control role in the whole teaching system.While formulating performance appraisal,the reasons for its problems are summarized,and the performance appraisal system of employees in W education and training institutions is comprehensively understood and analyzed.Through big data analysis,the problems and solutions of performance appraisal faced by W education and training institutions are summarized,and a more scientific and rigorous system is formulated.By formulating reasonable salary incentives,the steady growth of employees and the smooth progress of their work are promoted,and at the same time,the institutions are helped to retain better employees and promote their better development.The overall assessment of performance is not only result-oriented in the whole management process,but also in the process of overall performance assessment,we can’t simply carry out the overall assessment,but more divide the time dimension,and in the process of overall implementation,we can input the incentive realization of short-term goals,and then realize the completion of long-term goals.So as to achieve a win-win situation. |
