To manage employees in enterprise operation,performance appraisal cannot be avoided.An effective performance appraisal system can not only help the enterprise quickly achieve its strategic goals,but also play a vital role in improving the work efficiency of employees,realizing their self-worth and harvest and growth.At present,many small and medium-sized enterprises have been using performance appraisal tools,but in the implementation process of specific performance appraisal,performance appraisal is only used as a judgment tool to punish employees’ mistakes,which does not play its due value.In recent years,China’s education industry continues to develop,the main reason is that our national economy has a rapid improvement,the national awareness of education has also been improved with the improvement of the economy,people become more and more attention to education.At present,a large number of profitmaking training institutions and training subjects began to appear,which brings pressure to the survival of small private education and training institutions.Compared with large chain training institutions,small private education and training institutions do not occupy market advantages in terms of teacher resources and personnel allocation.Coupled with the introduction of relevant guidelines,JG training institutions now pay more attention to the efficient management of enterprises,and it is urgent to optimize the staff performance appraisal system to improve the lagging assessment status.It is particularly important for JG company to improve a set of scientific performance appraisal program,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for JG company to win market opportunities and develop rapidly.Only with a set of more optimized and perfect employee performance appraisal system can the enthusiasm and creativity of the company’s employees be stimulated,and the development vitality and potential of the company can be activated,so that JG company can better adapt to the market demand.In this thesis,on the basis of theoretical research,one is about the concept and principle of performance appraisal and the balanced scorecard performance evaluation methods,such as the theory of knowledge,and performance evaluation research present situation has carried on the reorganization and introduction,and points out that JG company as a small startup training institutions,need according to its own market positioning system of an effective performance appraisal system;Secondly,it summarizes the current situation of JG company’s human resources,performance appraisal system and existing problems by means of questionnaire survey,interview communication and literature review,and analyzes the in-depth reasons for the problems from multiple perspectives.Three is on the basis of analyzing the problems existed in JG company,adopt SWOT method clear JG company’s strategic goals,and from four different dimension of the balanced scorecard,strategic target decomposition of JG company,select the typical performance indicators,accord with the actual situation of JG company key performance index system,The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the relatively objective weight value of each index,and the specific score of the scheme is determined according to the weight value.Fourth,the relevant contents of program implementation guarantee are proposed from the aspects of organization guarantee and personnel guarantee.In this thesis,the performance appraisal system scheme of JG Training company is optimized and designed,which provides research support for the next reform and development of JG company and the realization of strategic goals.
