In recent years,with the rapid rise of private education institutions in Chin a,the training and management of teachers in private education institutions has become more and more important.However,there is not a set of mature methods and systems for the performance evaluation of teachers in private education institutions,which is basically based on a simple task implementation level.With the rapid development of private education institutions,the teachers of private education institutions are growing stronger and stronger.How to manage the teachers well,let the teachers actively complete the teaching tasks with high quality and quantity,and how to realize the improvement of teachers’ own ability become more and more urgent.As the disseminator of education,the soul of educational institutions and the frontline fighter,how t o improve the working efficiency of teachers and enhance The standardization of teachers’ teaching and the full mobilization of teachers’ enthusiasm have become the focus of educational institutions.Therefore,a suitable and flexible performance appraisal is very important for private education institutions.This paper mainly focuses on the research on the improvement of the performance appraisal of the teachers in the domestic examination department of Harbin Z School under the listed educational institu tion Z group.Because the application and implementation time of the performance appraisal of the teachers in the domestic examination department of Harbin Z school is relatively short,the current formulation of the reference scheme and data of the teache r performance appraisal are relatively small,so there are many problems in the existing teacher performance appraisal and there are still many aspects to be improved and optimized.The paper initiates with the study background and meaning,the study situation at home and abroad,through the electronic questionnaire survey and interview to the teachers and managers of the domestic examination department of Harbin Z school,analyze the existing performance system defects and unreasonable evaluation indicator s of the domestic examination department of Harbin Z school in detail,make scientific use of the relevant knowledge system of performance evaluation,and participate comprehensively.The 360 degree performance appraisal method and KPI key performance index appraisal method in the performance appraisal method are used to perfect and revise the existing appraisal system and index,put forward more comprehensive,standardized and reasonable systems and standards,and then implement and guarantee the improveme nt of the proposed teacher performance appraisal.The research object of this paper is clear and definite,and the research content has strong practicability,which can have some practical application influence on the domestic examination department of Har bin Z school.At the same time,it also hopes to provide some reference methods for the formulation,implementation and guarantee of teachers’ performance appraisal in private education institutions.
