At this stage,private higher education institutions have become an important supplementary part of our country's higher education system,which has played an inestimable role in improving the comprehensive education level of the domestic people.However,in the development of private higher education institutions,the mobility of the workforce is greater,which has a huge relationship with the performance evaluation system of private higher education institutions.Therefore,the establishment of a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system to stabilize the workforce has become an urgent problem to be solved in private colleges and universities.This paper takes JQ Academy's most mobile workforce,the teacher team as the research object,draws on the theory of performance assessment and the research results of performance assessment of domestic and foreign higher education institutions,and uses literature research,questionnaire surveys and other methods to discuss the teaching of JQ College.The problems in the employee performance appraisal system and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Based on the KPI method and the AHP method,a performance evaluation model for teachers of different positions in the JQ College was constructed,and five performance evaluation indicators and 12 sub-indicators for teaching work,talent cultivation,scientific research ability,professional construction,and comprehensive quality were obtained,and 10 sub-indicators were selected.The teacher conducted a small sample test,and the results showed that the new performance evaluation system was more reasonable and scientific;finally,this paper optimized the evaluation plan based on the test results and proposed safeguards during the evaluation implementation process.
