In modern human resource management practice,performance appraisal is an important link that affects the efficiency and quality of the whole human resource management.For the whole enterprise,performance appraisal is also an indispensable and crucial part.The implementation of performance appraisal is to pursue the effective implementation of fairness,rationality and scientific characteristics of the enterprise,so that the enterprise can have sufficient reference basis in the aspects of employee rewards and punishments,salary payment,promotion and transfer,and so on,so that the enterprise strategy can be more scientific due to the implementation of performance appraisal.Performance appraisal can help employees improve work efficiency and quality,and the business environment of enterprises can be further optimized.Therefore,the economic benefits and social effects of performance appraisal are extremely prominent.In this paper,SC training institutions are selected as the research object,and the performance appraisal work of full-time teachers in this institution is analyzed in detail,the current employee performance appraisal situation of SC training institutions is deeply discussed,and the specific problems existing in their performance appraisal system are analyzed.By means of modern research methods such as literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of the employee performance appraisal system existing in SC training institutions,and finds that there are problems such as unscientific selection of key indicators,unreasonable setting of assessment subjects and assessment cycles,lack of performance interviews and feedback,and incomplete application of performance appraisal results in SC training institutions.As a result,the quality and level of the company’s performance appraisal are seriously affected.Therefore,after in-depth analysis of these problems,the specific causes of these problems are explored,and effective improvement plans and safeguard measures are put forward.Based on relevant theories of performance appraisal,this paper proposes targeted optimization measures from the aspects of performance appraisal index design optimization,performance appraisal subject and cycle optimization,performance appraisal communication and feedback link optimization,and performance appraisal result application optimization,focusing on specific problems existing in the process of practical exploration through KPI index selection and other methods.At the same time,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal system are put forward from the perspectives of organization,manpower and culture,so as to optimize and upgrade the performance appraisal work of full-time teachers in SC training institutions on the basis of the original performance appraisal system,which is of great significance for the sustainable and healthy development of the institutions and the realization of the strategic goals of enterprises.
