Under the guidance of the socialist ideology with China in the era,The CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued "Opinions on Strengthening Labor Education in New Primary and Secondary Schools""(March 2020).The school’s attention.Through the literature review,it is found that there are serious deficiencies in labor education at the pre-school education stage.It stays on slogans,document policies,and does not really go deep into kindergartens to serve children and teachers.On this basis,the present situation of labor education in Shenyang kindergarten is studied,found out the existing problems,analyzed their causes,and make useful suggestions.This thesis uses questionnaire method with interview method to research and analyze the present situation of kindergarten labor education.This research self-compiled the questionnaires on the status of labor education in kindergartens and the development status of labor education in kindergartens.The research results show that:1.The overall current situation of the development of labor education in kindergartens is relatively good.Among the three dimensions,the organization and implementation of labor education have the highest score and the best performance;the development effect score is in the middle,and the performance is good;the conditional support score is the lowest,which means poor performance.Because kindergartens do not provide enough support for labor education conditions,it is necessary to analyze the reasons in detail.2.The current kindergarten labor education in general has significant differences in diverse demographic variables,which are reflected in the following facets:(1)There are significant differences in labor education in kindergartens of different types of kindergartens,and the development of labor education in public kindergartens is obvious.It is better than private kindergartens.(2)As the age of teachers increases,teachers will be more proficient in the guidance of labor education.(3)Teachers with different educational backgrounds have different attitudes and performances towards labor education.Generally speaking,the higher the teacher’s educational background,The better the effect of labor education in kindergartens.3.Through the analysis of the status of the implementation of labor education in kindergartens,it is found that: at this stage,the implementation of labor education in kindergartens has the following problems: the understanding of labor education in kindergartens is not deep enough,kindergartens have weak support for labor education conditions,and the content of labor education in kindergartens is relatively single.The ways to implement labor education in kindergartens are relatively scarce.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward in response to the existing problems: establish an educational concept of lifelong learning,have a deep understanding of kindergarten labor education,improve conditions,create convenience for kindergarten teachers to carry out labor education,and strengthen the connection between family,community and kindergarten. |
