As an important part of the "five education simultaneously",labor education plays an important role in the overall development of people.At present,scholars’ research on labor education is mostly concentrated in primary and secondary schools and universities,while research on kindergarten labor education is rare.Labor education carried out in kindergartens has educational value to the development of children.It helps children to lay a solid foundation for their future development.Therefore,this research is based on kindergarten labor education,investigating the status quo and problems of its implementation,and analyzing its impact Factors,thinking about solutions,and providing suggestions for the implementation of kindergarten labor education.In this study,the "Questionnaire on the Implementation Status of Kindergarten Labor Education" with good reliability and validity was used to collect a questionnaire from 227 preschool teachers to understand the status of the implementation of labor education in kindergartens.The interview method was used to interview 8 teachers to understand the impact on labor education.Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS25.0,and the following research conclusions were obtained:The implementation of labor education is restricted by the traditional labor concept;the implementation of labor education meets the requirements of labor education in the new era;the implementation of labor education reflects the characteristics of life;the implementation of labor education ignores the diversity of content;the implementation of labor education is based on teacher evaluation Leading,ignoring the evaluation of children and parents;the implementation of labor education is closely related to the family and derailed from society;the implementation of labor education is mainly based on oral instruction,which lacks practicality.Through the analysis of teacher interviews,it can be seen that the main factors affecting the implementation of labor education are the kindergarten leaders’ labor education outlook;the professional ability of preschool teachers;kindergarten labor education resources;children’s safety issues;parents’ labor outlook and parental attitudes.Accordingly,this research proposes corresponding education suggestions from the perspectives of kindergartens,teachers,and parents: 1.Kindergartens should attach importance to labor education and construct a complete kindergarten labor education system.The main purpose is to clarify the goals of kindergarten labor education;enrich the content of education and choose to meet The labor content of children’s age characteristics;broaden educational channels and build a cooperative education mechanism for homesteads;focus on diversified evaluation and build a comprehensive evaluation system 2.Enhance teachers’ professional ability and promote the quality of labor education implementation;3.Parents establish a correct outlook on labor and form scientific education methods.
