Labor education is the basic content of the educational policy of the Communist Party of China.,which clearly embodies the purpose and policy of education of our country.In 2020,China issued two important documents,the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era and the Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial),which further standardized labor education in universities,primary and secondary schools and also pointed out the direction for labor education in kindergartens.In 2022,In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the importance of labor education was emphasized again,and it was proposed that the whole society should respect labor and promote the spirit of labor.This shows that the Party and the state attach great importance to labor education.Labor education has a moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic role,for children has important significance and value.Kindergarten labor education is helpful to shape children’s healthy personality and promote the overall development of children’s personality.The dilemma of kindergarten labor education needs to be solved.Due to the lack of targeted guidance documents,the kindergarten currently carries out labor education mainly to the "3-6 years old children learning and Development Guide" and other documents as guidance.In the process of carrying out labor education,there is a phenomenon that the kindergarten does not grasp the key points,which involves many parts in the health field and social field.In playing the function of moral education,guiding children to set up correct labor values,home cooperation and other aspects are still insufficient.These problems are in urgent need of research and solution,which is also the practical significance of this study.Through literature research,interview,observation and case study,the implementation status of the case kindergarten labor education is comprehensively understood,including: the kindergarten pays attention to the ideological level,but the investment in labor education facilities and equipment is insufficient.Labor education is carried out frequently,but the type is single,the content is not deep enough,the lack of attention to family labor education,excellent traditional labor culture and traditional manual labor.In terms of the goal of labor education,it attaches too much importance to labor cognition and labor ability,but neglects the goal of labor emotion.The methods of labor education mainly focus on collective education such as labor practice and theme activities,and do not fully guide and give play to children’s autonomy.In observing the practice of labor education activities,from the four dimensions of activity preparation,organizational form,teacher-child interaction and excessive links,the overall effect of the practice is very good,but the teachers lack of grasp of the educational opportunity in the process of labor activities,and do not help children to summarize and summarize in time.In the evaluation of labor education,the evaluation subject is based on the teacher,the lack of other evaluation subject’s participation,in the evaluation concept pays attention to the process evaluation and development evaluation,but in the operation of some deviation,there is more attention to the result of the phenomenon.Through the study of the current situation,we can find that there are many problems in the labor education of the kindergarten in the case,including: the goal of labor education is fuzzy,the goal of labor emotion is lacking,although the labor content involves three parts of labor education,it lacks the content of family labor education and social practice vocational education.In the way of labor education organization,practice and life is strong,but the game is weak.The investment in hardware facilities and equipment needs to be improved.In the home cooperation is not enough.The lack of summary in the process of labor education activities and the lack of timely summary after the end of the activities.In the evaluation of labor education,the evaluation subject is single,the evaluation standard lacks the consideration of the concept of the garden and the specific goal of the activity,the lack of the evaluation of the specific development of children,the lack of the consciousness of reflecting on and recording the labor education activities.In view of strategies with parents,labor education activities are not rich and scientific,lack of experience,lack of reflective habits.Parents do not pay enough attention to labor education,traditional ideas fail to change,lack of attention to the unique value of preschool education.After the analysis of the problems and reasons,this study put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the kindergarten labor education,the first is proposed to guide the kindergarten labor education to carry out the guidance document,kindergarten should implement the main responsibility of labor education,constantly improve the level of education,strengthen the kindergarten labor education theoretical knowledge training and learning,Create an environment that can effectively promote the development of labor education activities,form a systematic and clear goal of labor education training,create the characteristics of kindergarten labor education according to local conditions,take the initiative to strengthen the communication and cooperation between home and garden,guide teachers to learn independently,improve professional quality in theory combined with practice,enhance the integration of kindergarten activities,Focus on doing one thing around the semester.Teachers should improve the quality of labor education,determined to be a good teacher and young people in the new era,with spiritual strength to coordinate the lack of experience and work pressure between the greater contradiction,with ideals and beliefs to stimulate enthusiasm for work.The family should take the
