In the important speech at the celebration of the International Workers’ Day and the conference of commending national labor models and advanced workers,president Xi stressed that all workers should reflect value,show style and feel happiness in their work.It can be seen that labor education in the new era has the pursuit of happiness and happiness.It should be based on the idea of "happiness" to create an atmosphere of "love,happiness and tolerance",so that students are willing to accept before work,enjoy themselves when they work hard,and share happily after work,instead of being afraid of labor and avoiding labor.This study from the necessity and importance of labor education in preschool period,put forward the labor education has important practical significance to the development of young children,can not only meet the needs of children’s intrinsic and cultivate children to form good morals,to promote social development,and cultivate children form ’practice ability and innovation spirit.Through to the H kindergarten teacher interviews and observation found that the current kindergarten labor education mainly teachers and parents to the lack of awareness of labor education,teachers themselves lack of ability to limit the practice of labor course,kindergarten work activity venue influence,home less cooperation opportunities,labor course practice form a single problem;It is also found that H kindergarten has the advantages of abundant materials,technical guidance provided by the kindergarten,strong learning atmosphere for teachers,and sufficient opportunities for children’s labor exercise.Based on the above,the researchers compiled for labor for H kindergarten curriculum plan,and follow the regular and continuity,hands and brain and creative,and personality development of three principles,by strengthening the consciousness of child labor,labor behavior and strengthen emotional three aspects to carry on the two rounds of labor course stage of practice,aims to cultivate children to form a correct concept of labor,Form the necessary labor ability,shape the basic labor quality,cultivate positive labor spirit and emotion.Formulate the education goals in line with the characteristics of children’s age,enrich the curriculum resources of kindergarten labor education;Perfect the implementation mode of kindergarten labor education,change the teaching mode of labor education,reflect the education function;Broaden the implementation way of labor education,strengthen education permeate,attaches great importance to the home,garden,form education resultant force,to promote the development of children’s growth in labor activities,and also for corresponding reflection at the end of the practice research,especially need to be scientific and reasonable arrangements of labor course,train the ability of teachers about the organization and implementation of the labor course,increase the home work,At the same time,relevant suggestions are put forward from the perspective of kindergarten,teachers and parents.
