In recent years,the state has successively introduced policies related to labor education,among which high school labor education has also attracted much attention.The scientific,systematic and standardized implementation of labor education can not only meet the needs of the current society for talents,but also meet the needs of high school education,and can better meet the needs of high school students’ physical and mental development.Therefore,the implementation of high school labor education is very important.Exploring the implementation status and management deficiencies of boarding high school labor education is beneficial to the better implementation and development of boarding high school labor education.The research on the implementation status and countermeasures of labor education in boarding high schools relies on the relevant policies of labor education in China and some relevant theories at home and abroad.The research scope involves four aspects: the subject(teacher),the medium(content method),the ring body(guarantee mechanism)and the object(student)of the implementation of labor education in boarding high schools.The research is mainly based on the questionnaire survey method,supplemented by the literature research method and the interview method.Through data analysis and interview results,the problems existing in the four parts of the subject,mediator,ring body and object of the implementation of labor education in boarding high schools are determined,and the solutions are explored.The research results show that there are some problems in the boarding high school of J city,such as insufficient labor cognition of some teachers and students,passive participation in labor education,imbalance of school labor education resources,and lack of labor education guarantee mechanism.The implementation of labor education in boarding high schools needs to improve teachers’ awareness of labor cognition and active participation in labor education;improve teachers’ professional quality and integrate the content and methods of labor education implementation;improve the labor education guarantee mechanism;improve students’ awareness of labor cognition and active participation in labor education,strengthen the management of the implementation of labor education in boarding high schools,meet the needs of high school students’ physical and mental development,promote the development,promote the development of their comprehensive personality,and prepare to become the strategic talents needed by the society.
