Labor education in the new era has once again become a research hotspot in the education circle,and labor education in early childhood is the beginning of cultivating people to effectively participate in the future social labor,and is an important link to promote the all-round development of people.It is gamified curriculum and teaching to conform to children’s preferences,and gamified labor education is the best way to cultivate children’s labor awareness.This study is committed to investigating the current situation of gamified labor education in kindergartens,discovering the difficulties in the implementation process of gamified labor education and analyzing the reasons,exploring the current optimization strategy of gamified labor education,and providing loans for the effective implementation of gamified labor education in kindergartens ancient bronze mirror.Take J and D kindergartens in Changchun,Jilin Province,using literature method,interview method and observation method,select D garden as the main research object for 2 months of observation and record,the kindergarten and large children are the key observation objectives of the study;observe and record the middle and large children in J kindergarten through event observation sampling.A total of 6 teachers,2 principals and 22 children were interviewed to understand the current situation and difficulties of gamified labor education in the two kindergartens.The results show that the practical difficulties of kindergarten gamified labor education include: children’s enthusiasm is susceptible to teaching effect and the lack of guiding and complete labor education system to provide guidance,curriculum limitation,no labor education training,and parents fail to support and cooperate,curriculum development difficulty,few funds and few available social resources.Further analysis of the reasons for the dilemma lies in four aspects: the public thought is influenced by negative ideas,The neglect of kindergarten education,the implementation of gamified labor education is lack of guarantee and parents lack the correct gamification of labor education cognition.The optimization strategies of gamified labor education include: firstly,teachers should change the traditional ideas to guide the labor spirit and create experience opportunities to enrich gamified labor education,strengthen training to help teachers understand gamified labor education to improve conditions to guarantee the value of gamified labor education and finally,the government and society should provide rich resources to protect the gamified labor education Domain advantage,jointly promote the development of kindergarten gamification labor education.
