| Since the 1980 s,the focus of research related to teachers has shifted from the initial study of external behavior to the study of implicit attitudes.A simple understanding is the educational beliefs held by teachers.Educational belief has a very important influence on teachers.The education belief of teachers is not only the soul of education work,but also an important factor to improve the professional level of teachers,and it can help teachers to maintain a good professional development.This thesis takes the teachers of the Second Middle School of Xinyuan County in Xinjiang as the research object.Through observation and interviews with teachers,this paper attempts to understand the current situation of teachers’ educational beliefs,explore the influencing factors of teachers’ educational beliefs,and put forward suggestions for the development of teachers’ education beliefs in Xinjiang.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,introduces the research ideas and methods,defines the concepts related to the teacher’s educational beliefs,and carries out the domestic and foreign literatures of related research.The second part briefly introduces the natural,social and educational conditions of Xinyuan County and the current situation of individual schools.Based on the collected literature,the third part analyzes the present situation of the educational belief of the second middle school teachers in xinyuan county from the four dimensions of school education,curriculum and teaching,students and teachers.Teachers generally realize that the essence of school education is to teach and educate people.It is the core task to cultivate students ’moral character in classroom teaching and various educational activities.Under the "Baton" of exam-oriented education,teachers still pay attention to the established knowledge in the book,although they realize that cultivating students ’core qualities is the goal of talent training pursued by society and education in the future.However,in the teaching methods,there are still actual situations such as mechanical memory and sea tactics.Teachers are generally aware of the imbalance in student development.Therefore,the attitude towards students is more people-oriented,paying attention to the mental health of students,and can think and solve problems from the perspective of students.More teachers treat students as if they were family members;In this harmonious teacher-student relationship,teachers can realize that as teachers,they are not only "educators" but also "learners".While transferring knowledge to students,they must also improve their professional abilities.Through various training activities,school preparation,open class activities,and cooperation and sharing with colleagues in daily work,to supplement their professional knowledge andexercise their professional skills,in a good campus atmosphere,fill their own professional feelings.The fourth part analyzes the educational belief of the second middle school teacher in Xinyuan County from the two parts of explicit factors and implicit factors.Among the obvious factors,the social atmosphere weakens the teacher’s social status and professional reputation.The teaching tradition of learning community and exam-oriented teaching habits and formal teacher training mechanism affect the shaping of teachers ’educational beliefs.The individual learning experience of teachers influences the orientation of teachers ’teaching goals.The individual experience of teachers determines the choice of teachers ’teaching methods,and the individual’s social and emotional ability influences the formation and manifestation of students’ ideas.The fifth part puts forward the suggestions for promoting the development of teachers’ educational beliefs in Xinjiang by analyzing the status quo and influencing factors of the teachers’ beliefs in Xinyuan County Second Middle School: paying attention to guiding and cultivating Xinjiang teachers’ self-reflection of education beliefs;focusing on school culture The shaping of the teacher’s educational beliefs;the optimization of teacher training,improve the overall quality of teachers;the cultivation of teachers’ self-reflection,leading the development of teachers’ educational beliefs. |
