Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy and science, under the effect of materialism, people in pursuit of efficiency and material wealth at the same time gradually ignored on the thinking of belief. The values have the negative influence on the educational values of primary and secondary school teachers. In the pursuit of material interests, teachers disregard professional ethics and responsibilities. In such a situation, a crisis of teachers’ educational belief has arisen; the forming paths of educational belief also have the problems. These problems need to be further reflected, it’s the foundation for researching forming paths of educational belief.The paper analyses the forming paths of teachers’ educational belief by literature research method and case analysis method. The paper analyses the literatures at the same time combines with excellent teachers’ educational cases; this point can provide theoretical resources and case resources for the writing of the thesis.First of all, the paper analyses the utilitarian and abstraction of the forming paths of teachers’ educational belief. Secondly, the paper puts forward the main idea of reconstruction of forming paths of teachers’ educational belief. The main idea is from four aspects, accumulating teachers’ educational theories, nurturing teachers’ educational emotion and so on. One more, the paper analyses fields of forming paths reconstruction of educational belief is from four aspects, classroom teaching, class management, extracurricular activities and relations between teachers and students. Finally, the paper discusses strategies of forming paths reconstruction of teachers’ educational belief is from four aspects, reading classical books of education, launching class activities, constructing class culture and so on.The paper puts forward the main idea of forming paths reconstruction of educational belief based on cogitating the forming paths’ blocks of teachers’ educational belief. The forming paths reconstruction of teachers’ educational belief is from four aspects; it promotes teachers forming educational belief in different fields; it always makes the formation of educational belief throughout the whole educational space of teachers.
