It is very hard in terms of educational reform and popularization of the new curriculum inrural education. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, some potential problemsemerges, such as part of the rural teachers can’t get rid of the dependence on the old idea oftraditional education completely so that they have no clear willingness to become thedominant force of the new curriculum reform, and even some teachers continue their old waysthrough “superficial” education reform. The root lies in that the rural teachers fail to form aclear and definite education belief in their educational practice.This paper exerts qualitative research methods which is actively advocating in the socialsciences and starts the research from the ideas of “discovering problems, analyzing problemsand summarizing problems”. The research mainly adopts the case study, literature study,narrative study and interview investigation methods to make a study of the educational beliefof rural teachers.The paper mainly contains five parts. First of all, through the presentation and analysis ofa rural primary school teachers’ educational events aiming at exploring the existed problemsin rural teachers’ educational belief. Secondly, from the perspective of the relationshipsbetween behavioral inertia of rural teachers and their educational belief, this paper analyzesthe reasons for the existed problems in rural teachers’ educational belief. In addition, based onthe community ecology of teachers, explain its influence on educational belief through myselfdescription of rural teachers’ professional growth and evaluation of teachers’ in all respects.And then, deeply elaborates the real form of rural teachers’ educational belief, and correct thebasic standpoint to it. Finally, based on the rural teachers’ consciousness development, refinesthe main factors affecting the formation of educational belief, so as to summarize theproblems of rural teachers’ educational belief.From the standpoint of phenomenology, this study takes a school teacher group inShandong province as a case and analyzes the current situation of the rural teachers’educational belief, hoping to make some enlightenment to form a reasonable and firmeducational belief for rural teachers.
