Belief is a person's heart ensuring and soul upholding, and it s a long-lasting psychological statement and spiritual pursuit; it is not the simple acceptance of certain concept and awareness , but a moral integrity absorbed in the depth of the soul of a person, and it reflects the reliable implementation of the value of human life on human being's behavior. Teachers'belief is an incentives, transcendent, permanent force for teachers in their educational life world, and it is the internal requirement for teachers to realize their ideals and the spiritual wellspring for teachers to face up to hardships and frustrations of educational activities to re-establish confidence. Teachers'belief is a kind of cohesive force for teachers to love educational profession ,and it can put life segments which are fragmented by numerous events and much time into a new entity, just like the beautiful painting which is collected by painters using different colors and the magnificent symphony which is made by musicians uniting various notes.As a moral binding, a group cohesion, a spiritual force, an ultimate concern, teachers'belief has profound significance for teachers'professional conduct, professional development, individual growth. It is the key interest to explore the special significance of teachers'belief in their survival and development, and the ultimate aim of the research is to find out the feasible measures for teachers'belief establishment. The research can be divided into four parts:PartⅠBelief outline: This part gives a definition related to belief concept and classifies in belief, and it points out the belief characteristics to explain the value of belief.PartⅡThe special implications in teachers'belief: The part gives a definition in teachers'belief and analyzes the essential characteristics of teachers'belief, and it points out the key constitute of teachers'belief—the educational belief ,which paves the way for exploring the significance of teachers'belief in education and development for the further research.PartⅢThe special significance of teachers'belief in education and development: This part makes clear the special significance from the teachers'belief in individual growth, teachers'professional development and students'development to point out the emphasis of the research.PartⅣThe establishment of teachers'belief: This part explains the practical significance of teachers'belief establishment ,and it explores the feasible measures of teachers'belief establishment from the internal and external conditions.
