Along with various countries'educational unceasing development and educational reform unceasingly thorough, the people more and more realized that the teacher is a key in developing education. Only the teachers'professional development level unceasing enhancement can accomplish the high grade educational level, therefore the teachers'professional development has gradually become the educational reform's common goal. In recent years, the concerned teachers'professional development research also gradually became a hot topic in our country's eduational domain. Not only the teachers'professional development is the teaching skill progress and the knowledge expansion, the more important is the transformation of teachers'educational idea, especially the transformation of teachers'educational belief. As one of teachers'professional development's affecting primary factors, and because of it's recessiveness and stability, the teachers'educational belief are neglected easily, specially the research to the elementary and middle schools'teacher rarely seen. Moreover formerly the educatioal belief and the teachers'professional development discussion mostly uses the top-down theory deduction method, lacks the concrete research which comprehensive, might operate. In view of the research deficiency, the author selected the school which has worked to study. Through to teacher's individual interview, cleared off the relations and questions between the teachers'belief and the teachers'professional development initially. And aims at these questions, unifies the material which investigates to carry on the analysis and the ponder, put forward some referential proposal.The teachers'educational belief as the main angle of view in this article , centers on the teachers'professional development to launch the research, altogether has divided into four parts. The first part, connotated the teachers'educational belief and professional development, laminated the teachers'education belief, and has carried on the concrete analysis to the teacher professional development's significance. The second part, through carries on the interview as well as to the interview result analysis to the X school's teachers, discussed the relations from the pro and con aspects between the teachers'education belief and the teachers'professional development. The third part, in the interview foundation, discover the flaw questions which the teachers'educational belief affects the teachers'professional development, and carried on these questions to analyze. The fourth part is the key point. Againsted the front questions, constructs from inside and outside two aspects by consummates the teachers'educational belief to promote the teachers'professional development strategies.
