Abstract/Summary:
Teachers’ educational belief is an important instruction in the process of teaching and learning,It is a deep understanding of the teachers’ understanding of the knowledge,the understanding of emotion,and the understanding of individual and professional development.It is shown that the teacher is confident of some education,teacher and student view.Teachers’ educational beliefs are not created out of thin air,it is the product of culture,culture and habits to the teacher’s educational beliefs play a subtle role.In a manner of speaking,culture is the source and destination of teachers’ educational beliefs.Therefore,it is of great significance to study teachers’ educational beliefs from a cultural perspective.This study from the perspective of teacher culture,the methods of literature are analysis and case analysis,based on the theoretical research to the practice analysis and then to the theoretical construction of the research ideas for further study.The paper consists of three parts.The first chapter mainly explains the teacher’s educational beliefs and the theoretical logic of teacher culture,demonstrate the inherent relationship between the two,in theory,it is clear that teacher culture is the deep root of teachers’ educational beliefs.The second chapter faces the educational practice,This paper points out the problem representation of the primary and secondary school teachers’ educational beliefs: beliefs in education based on self existence,"Blessing the war" educational beliefs,achievement oriented educational beliefs and reject change educational beliefs,these educational beliefs originated from cynicism teacher culture、individualistic teacher culture、secularism teacher culture and conservatism teacher culture.Third chapter,aiming at the problems existing in the current educational beliefs of primary and secondary school teachers,on the theoretical level,this paper attempts to put forward the cultural conception of teacher educational beliefs reconstruction,from four aspects: self realization culture,cooperative culture,student culture and open culture,as teachers’ educational beliefs’ cultural ideal,cultural direction,cultural foundation and cultural goal,this paper putsforward the educational beliefs of contemporary new teachers,in order to reshape the image of teachers.
