Since the new course reform, education ideas updating, way of teaching reforming,and the way student's learn changing ,make the features of basic education changing step by step. The maths teschers'mathematic belief is a important part of essential qualities for maths teachers'.to regard as the thinking guidance of mathematic education work,it will not only to influence the teachers'education practice,but also to influence culture students'qualities.the teachers'mathematic belief , from their long-term studying and education practice,it is their subjective views to phenomenon of mathematic education,their ability of education and their students.At present ,the research of teachers'belief keeping the probe of theory and macroscopy.In order to understand the theoretical framework and concrete content, it must be use the microscopic and demonstration way to research. Thereby,it can supply consultation for to improve the teachers'belief and help for improve the teachers'quality.This research is to investigate the teachers'mathmaitic belief who experience the new course reform.in order to understand the dimensionality and current situation of the teachers'belief in the junior high school, and the difference of the teachers'belief who come from different school age,distinguishing between the sexes,school and school record. The purpose is to arouse the teachers to think their way and attitude of teaching , in order to supply reference for the new course reform to advance and teacher training.This research takes teachers from junior high school students in Changchun as the objects of study and uses the self-made "Mathematics Teachers Belief Meter for Junior High Students" to conduct the research on the maths teachers'belief of the different school and grade. After examining, this meter has proved to possess good validity and reliability and is qualified to be the research instrument for this research. The findings indicated that, man teachers'mathematic belief is not remarkably different with woman';the teachers belief level will not rise accompany with the school age natural increase and the different divide the work,such as which grade he teach,and so on .the differert most come from school record and whether diaphysis teacher.Based upon the results above, in the process of the teacher teaching and study ing,it must be pay attention to learning and thinking.learning advanced education methods,thinking their way of teaching,to increase their quality from learning and thinking...
