According to the national curriculum policy and the national curriculum standards,it is very important to give full play to the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of schools, explore school-based curriculum, and form a set of school-based textbooks that highly match the needs of students' learning and development. The school-based curriculum has become an important supplement to the national curriculum and one of the basis and standards for evaluating the quality of school teaching. As a key stage of the school's art curriculum education, junior middle school art education is very important to the cultivation of students' art literacy. The introduction of school-based courses into junior high school art teaching plays a positive role in enriching art curriculum resources, improving students' aesthetic ability and artistic quality, and promoting the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Existing research has been carried out on the deep integration of folk art resources, historical and cultural resources, geographical natural resources, etc.with junior high school art education,as well as the school-based curriculum development and implementation process, teacher and student acceptance, the allocation of teaching resources, the guarantee of teaching conditions, and development trends. The research has laid a good literature foundation for the smooth development of this subject. At the same time, there are some shortcomings.First, although many schools have developed art school-based courses, they have not incorporated school-based courses into the teaching system, presenting temporary and phased characteristics, and the exploration of school-based art courses in junior high schools is not thorough and systematic. The second is that many schools do not pay enough attention to school-based art courses, and the development efforts are not strong. The quality of school-based courses is uneven and lacks scientific and standardized teaching content guarantee.Different from national courses and local courses, the most distinctive feature of school-based courses is to demonstrate the concept of "school-based".School-based development content should be selected according to the students' learning interests, close to life, highlighting characteristics and uniqueness, etc.,for junior high school art education Lay a scientific and standardized teaching content guarantee. The educational philosophy advocated by 271 Education is very consistent with the compulsory education art curriculum standards, creating good conditions for the development of junior high school art school-based curriculum. On the one hand,it provides sufficient class time guarantee for junior high school art teaching,so that art can get rid of the position of "small subjects" and auxiliary subjects in the past, and become an important part of realizing the overall development of students, making the development of junior high school art school-based courses useful. On the other hand,it helps to form a special classroom of art in junior high school, strengthens the comprehensiveness and exploratory nature of classroom learning, and provides art teachers with a broader teaching space,so that the implementation of the school-based junior high school art curriculum has a stage for display. This article believes that the development of school-based art courses in junior high schools should establish systematic thinking, and the content compilation emphasizes "student-oriented",based on adapting to students' cognitive laws, conforming to students' actual life, and satisfying students' individual development. The implementation of the school-based curriculum of junior high school art must firstly be based on the core literacy of the art discipline and clarify the main line of art curriculum integration;secondly,it must adopt a gradual approach from the integration of the fine arts disciplines to the integration between different disciplines;thirdly,it must integrate social resources Incorporate into the integrated scope of school-based art courses, and try a comprehensive course with art courses as the main body.Fourth,we must flexibly arrange class hours and choose course arrangements flexibly.Fifth,we must innovate teaching methods and choose appropriate learning methods.Taking the junior middle school art school-based course "Wall Painting" as an example,it introduces the school-based curriculum objectives, curriculum arrangement and teaching content in detail.Based on the teaching practice of the "Wall Painting" school-based curriculum,it emphasizes the evaluation of teaching from the following three aspects: Pay attention to the evaluation of art learning performance;the second is to use multiple evaluation methods to evaluate the work of art works.Encourage the use of student self-evaluation,group member mutual evaluation, teacher comprehensive evaluation and seminars to evaluate art work;the third is to promote the use of qualitative evaluation methods such as art school-based curriculum learning portfolios, display sharing, and classroom discussions.Based on this, good results have been achieved in the teaching of junior high school art school-based courses: first, the development of school-based curriculum content and teaching process development has helped to form a special junior high school art curriculum;second, the improvement of students' art literacy has achieved good results, and students' art appreciation ability Creative practice ability has been greatly improved.
