Basic education is the country’s plan and the party’s plan.At present,there are still obvious differences in the allocation of basic education resources in my country,such as regional differences in the eastern,central and western regions,differences between cities and villages,and differences between different schools.In the vast rural areas,it is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of students in traditional classrooms,and the construction of efficient classrooms is still a problem that still plagues the improvement of basic education levels.Under the background of "building a high-quality education system" proposed in the outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the group-based schoolrunning of basic education that can integrate the resource advantages of each participating member’s main body is flourishing.However,in the context of the rapid development and popularization of digital technology,how to use digital technology to enable high-quality resource sharing paths to improve teachers’ teaching level,students’ learning ability and managers’ decision-making level is an urgent problem to be solved in group school running.From the perspective of "digital technology empowerment",using digital technology empowerment theory,system theory,stakeholder theory,information asymmetry theory,etc.,taking the situation of basic education group running in C region as the research object,this paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of digital technology empowerment group running,starting from three dimensions: teacher education and teaching level,management innovation of managers,and multi subject co governance.The specific contents include: First,digital technology enables teacher education and teaching to promote the overall improvement of teaching level.Digital technology fully enables all aspects of education and teaching in the collectivized school running,making it possible to create efficient classrooms,break through teaching difficulties and comprehensively and reasonably analyze teaching achievements.Second,digital technology enables managers to innovate in management and provides reliable basis for scientific decision-making of group education.Through the construction and use of the information management system,timely collect and analyze the relevant information of teachers,students,teaching resources and other influencing factors in the group running of basic education,so as to provide big data support for decision-making,making the data management of the group running of basic education more efficient and decision-making more reasonable.Third,digital technology enables multi subject education co governance.With the help of new media,teachers,students,parents and social forces are effectively connected together,and effective communication and coordination between subjects in the process of education governance is achieved through information dissemination and sharing.The research results show that digital technology enables basic education to run schools in groups,which can improve the level of basic education to run schools in groups,improve the quality of basic education to run schools in groups,and achieve high-quality development of basic education from the aspects of teacher education and teaching,administrator education management innovation,and multi subject education co governance.Figure 20;Table 2;Reference 53...
