Under the guidance of national policy,more and more schools begin to develop school-based curriculum,but due to a variety of problems in school-based curriculum management,the quality of school-based curriculum is uneven.School-based curriculum management is a guarantee of school-based curriculum quality.through the effective management of school-based curriculum,we can not only achieve the goal of school-based curriculum efficiently,but also make school-based curriculum go further and further in the future.At present,many junior high school school-based curriculum management is still in the past curriculum management,and did not achieve the real quality management,so that the quality of school-based curriculum stagnant.For this reason,how to build school-based curriculum quality management to effectively improve the quality of school-based curriculum has become the main problem to be solved in the current research.This study combs and analyzes the relevant literature of school-based curriculum and school-based curriculum management at home and abroad,and defines the concept of school-based curriculum and quality management.This study selects constructivism theory and total quality management theory as the theoretical basis,and makes a relevant overview of its theory.In order to make the research object representative,the S junior high school in Guiyang,which is the leading school-based curriculum development in the region,is selected as a case study.Based on the theory of total quality management,relevant questionnaires and interview outlines are designed to investigate the current situation of school-based curriculum quality management plan,implementation,evaluation and improvement in S junior middle school.In this study,combined with questionnaire analysis,interview results and field investigation,it is found that the successful experience of school-based curriculum quality management in S junior middle school is to attach importance to school-based curriculum development;the curriculum content is rich and the recognition of teachers and students is relatively high.It is also found that the main problems of school-based curriculum quality management in S junior high school are the disconnection of curriculum plan teaching and management,the absence of curriculum implementation guarantee,the vagueness of curriculum evaluation standards and the lack of curriculum improvement ability.Through further analysis,in-depth exploration found that the causes of school-based curriculum management problems are horizontal: the organizational structure is not perfect,the division of functions is unclear;vertical: the operating mechanism is not smooth,the upper and lower penetration is blocked;subjective: the strategic goal is not clear,the top design is absent;objective: unreasonable allocation of resources,lack of overall planning capacity.Therefore,based on constructivism theory and total quality management theory,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures from four aspects of school-based curriculum quality management plan,implementation,evaluation and improvement,hoping to effectively improve school-based curriculum management.Make it become a real quality management,improve the quality of school-based curriculum,but also hope to provide some reference and help to other junior high schools.
