In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Comm unist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Offcampus Tra ining for Students in Compulsory Education",emphasizing the need to stren gthen school education and establish a high-quality education system.High quality development has become the guiding direction of physical education teaching in schools,and promoting the high-quality development of physical education curriculum teaching in junior high schools has become an emergi ng task entrusted by the times.High quality development is not only the obje ctive requirement for primary physical education curriculum teaching to ada pt to the high-quality development of economic society,but also the natural development trend of primary physical education curriculum teaching in its own development stage.Building a high-quality development system and str engthening the high-quality development of school physical education are th e inevitable choices for the development of modern junior high school physi cal education.When considering students’ physical education achievements,we should evaluate students’ physical education performance from a broader and more complete perspective,rather than limited to simple numerical eval uations.Fengyang County,Chuzhou City,as an ancient city with a long hist ory,still has a very weak side in its educational level while continuously dev eloping.The physical education teaching in the compulsory education stage is particularly prominent.Therefore,through the investigation and research o n various aspects of physical education teaching in junior high schools in Fe ngyang County,based on the problems arising from physical education curri culum teaching in junior high schools in Fengyang County,feasible suggesti ons are proposed to promote the high-quality development of physical educa tion curriculum teaching.The writing of this article mainly uses the methods of field investigatio n,literature review,and mathematical statistics to conduct a practical examin ation and current situation judgment of the current physical education curric ulum teaching related learning in Fengyang County Junior High School,Chu zhou City,to construct more specific,targeted,and feasible measures to pro mote the high-quality development of physical education teaching in junior h igh schools.The basic thinking is based on the premise of studying practical problems,that is,taking existing problems as the starting point and focus poi nt,and adopting various methods to analyze and study them.Promoting the high-quality development of physical education curriculum teaching in local junior high schools is the fundamental task and ultimate goal of this article.In contrast,in the new context,the exploration and promotion of the essence and laws of junior high school physical education teaching itself and its hig h-quality development is of fundamental significance.The paper is mainly d ivided into five parts for research,and the results are as follows:The first part discusses the question of "why".It mainly includes resear ching the background,reasons,requirements,and significance of promoting the high-quality development of physical education curriculum teaching in j unior high schools.The second and third parts explore the question of "what is".Starting w ith the basic definition,understand the basic situation,specific requirements,relevant concepts,and theoretical basis of the study.Based on the questionn aire survey,in-depth investigation and analysis of the development status of junior high school physical education curriculum are conducted to comprehe nsively understand and integrate its actual situation,providing important pra ctical basis for future research.The fourth part discusses the issue of "what happened".Examining the plight of junior high school physical education curriculum teaching from diff erent dimensions,objectively expressing the practical reasons for the plight,mainly from the perspective of physical education curriculum teaching,the f ollowing conclusions are drawn:(1)The lack of physical education curriculu m teaching resources.(2)The teaching of physical education courses cannot meet the needs of students.(3)Physical education curriculum standards and teaching plans are difficult to implement.The fifth part solves the problem of "how to do".To explore the practic al path to improve the high-quality development of junior high school physic al education curriculum teaching,this article mainly elaborates from four lev els,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)Improve the high-quality develop ment path from the perspective of government design.(2)Assist in high-qua lity development conditions from the perspective of the public.(3)Improve high-quality development forms at the school center level.(4)Ensure a highquality development foundation from the family level.Different subjects im plement different work contents,promotion plans,and specific requirements,but the goals are consistent,all in order to better promote the high-quality d evelopment of physical education curriculum teaching,in order to achieve th e unity of teaching subjects and objects,values and objectives,concepts and practices.
