With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,China's basic education has put forward further development requirements for teaching quality.Under the trend of the popularization of basic education,because most areas recruit students in the way of dividing school districts,there are objective differences between students in family background,environment and other factors,resulting in a certain gap in the knowledge capacity,quality level and living habits of the same-age students after entering the school.In response to the requirement of "phasing out key schools and key classes in compulsory education" put forward by the state,many schools began to try to optimize the existing teaching methods on the basis of previous hierarchical teaching,According to the students' current knowledge and ability level,understanding and acceptance ability and potential ability tendency,they carry out reasonable and scientific group stratification,adopt the organizational form of Layered and Mobile teaching,and gradually explore the best teaching form to deal with students' differences.The floating nature of Layered and Mobile Teaching System makes the class management develop from the fixed administrative class management to coexist with the teaching class.The class management of the teaching class has gradually become a difficult problem for the school to break through in practice.This research takes E middle school as an example,which takes the lead in implementing Layered and Mobile Teaching in N city and has achieved certain teaching results.It investigates the management status of E middle school's teaching class by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,in-depth interview and case study,then discusses the problems and causes of teaching class management of Layered and Mobile Teaching System in junior high school through sorting and analyzing the data,and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for reference.The research found that there are the following problems in the teaching class management of Layered and Mobile Teaching System in junior high school.First of all,some problems exist in the construction of class organization,such as the unreasonable standard of actual stratification,the teachers' incomplete understanding of students,the difficulty in formulating the common vision of the class,the single participant of class management and the difficulty to form a mobile peer group.Secondly,the construction of class also has some problems happend,students' daily attendance statistics are complex,students' seat arrangement is too random,class health management boundary is fuzzy,students' goods storage location is chaotic,teachers and students' main evaluation index is single and so on.Finally,there are some problems in teaching management,such as the deviation of teachers' role orientation,the difficulty of students' daily homework management,the difficulty of students' after-school guidance and students' personality differences show in insufficient.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward reference strategies from three aspects.First,the construction of teaching class organization requires teachers to build a scientific hierarchical standard system,to establish a common vision of teaching class organization,to build a "three in one" management system,and to pay attention to the cultivation of students' self-organization ability on the basis of in-depth understanding of all members of the teaching class.Secondly,the system construction of teaching class should construct the attendance management system of "human and technology co management",formulate the humanized student seat arrangement system,establish the health responsibility system with clear rights and responsibilities,establish the safe storage system of students' articles,and construct the student evaluation system of class teaching.Thirdly,in the daily management of teaching class,teachers should improve their management awareness and ability,set up gradient homework in line with students' ability,leave enough personalized tutoring time for teachers and students after class,and actively carry out diversified class teaching activities.
